This mix includes our crisp, dry Cherry Saison brewed with locally-picked tart white Kentish Cherries as well as summery Paradise Pale, all-rounder Kentish Ale and Elephants Trunk, a great drop on cooler evenings.
If you like a peaty whisky, you'll love this beer: we use Tasmanian Central Highlands peat to smoke the malt before brewing a sweet scotch ale. Some people call it the bacon beer, others reminisce about campfires. We like to enjoy this brew with a sharp cheese on a cool night.
